Apellate Law

Rush Marshall’s Appellate Law team has extensive experience handling matters before the state appellate courts throughout Florida.  We have represented a wide array of clients, including banks, finance companies, and commercial entities,  and offer a full range of appellate services, including counsel on the advisability of an appeal, preservation of error in the trial court, and preparation of the appeal and oral argument.

As a full-service law firm, our experience in appellate matters allows us to maintain continuity in representation for our clients throughout the course of litigation from mediation, through trial and appeal.  Our skilled appellate practitioners have successfully argued and defended appeals, petitions, and writs before the Florida appellate courts.  We have participated in reported appellate decisions involving a variety of commercial issues.

The attorneys of Rush Marshall’s Appellate Law team are admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court.  Our team includes former Florida District Court appellate clerks, as well as lawyers who have argued before the Florida District Courts of Appeal.
