Hoofman Speaks to OCBA

In February 2013, Attorney Robert S. Hoofman spoke at the Bankruptcy Law Committee meeting of the Orange County Bar Association.  The topic of Mr. Hoofman’s presentation was “Motor Vehicles – Reaffirmation and Redemption.”  Mr. Hoofman focuses is practice in the areas of bankruptcy, appeals, commercial litigation, and creditors’ rights, including replevin, foreclosure, and receiverships.
