Gary J. Lublin

Practice Summary.
Gary J. Lublin practices primarily in the areas of creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, replevin, foreclosure, HOA liens, mechanics’ liens and debt collection for secured and unsecured creditors. Mr. Lublin is also experienced in employment law.

As a former felony prosecutor in Orange County, Florida, Mr. Lublin has been lead attorney in over 100 jury trials. Mr. Lublin utilizes his vast trial and courtroom experience for the benefit of his corporate and individual clients.

Mr. Lublin has over 15 years of experience prosecuting adversary proceedings in bankruptcy courts to avoid the discharge of his clients’ debts. This experience assists his clients who would otherwise expend great sums to obtain money judgments only to have those judgments discharged in bankruptcy.

Education.
Mr. Lublin’s education began at Middlesex County College in New Jersey. He was awarded an academic scholarship at the University of South Florida where he majored in business administration and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude. Mr. Lublin then attended law school at the University of Florida where he obtained his law degree.

Mr. Lublin is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Noteworthy.
Mr. Lublin is a member of the Florida Bar, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. He has been the keynote speaker at bankruptcy and consumer collection seminars, and the co-author of various seminar materials on creditors’ rights. In addition, Mr. Lublin was the recipient of a certificate of appreciation from the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation for the successful prosecution of a high-profile drug case.
